Tell us why bilingualism is important to you in one sentence:
I appreciate bilingualism in my life because of the unique French community I belong to, the advantage I receive from being able to discern root meanings in words of both languages, and the opportunities bilingualism brings (such as this!).

Your dream:
I would love to become a doctor to use my skills in mission trips and to be able to say “I saved a life today”. Also getting super rich would be ideal.

How do you practice French daily:
I’m in French immersion at school, I keep in contact with French-speaking relatives, and I listen to the radio in French.

In one sentence, tell us why you can’t wait to take part in the 2015 NAYF :
I’m so excited to meet other bilingual students from across our awesome country and to travel to the Maritimes!
