19/04/2016 – 8:00am-3:00pm
Mount Saint Vincent University
This year’s local forum will demonstrate the importance and benefits of bilingualism. We want to bring students together in a dynamic and educational environment in hopes to encourage them to celebrate their identity and how the French language creates a common link between one another. This year’s forum will take place at Mount Saint Vincent University. Students from grades 10-12 will have the opportunity to engage in interactive workshops and listen to guest speakers who will explain their own journey with the French language and how it has contributed to personal and professional growth. We would like students to leave our forum with a greater understanding of their influence on and place in la Francophonie.
