This amazing opportunity will allow students to discover the career possibilities and pride that come with being bilingual. GUEST SPEAKER: NUKA DE JOCAS

Nuka is a French-English speaker from the Belle Province of Quebec. Raised in the outskirts of Montreal, his love for people, travel, wilderness and adventure led him to study at the University of Quebec in Chicoutimi in Outdoor Development and Social Intervention.Nuka’s adventurous spirit has brought him on numerous self-propelled expeditions:  one being a self-initiated, long-distance, 15 months kayaking expedition, from Montreal to the Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico. Back in Yellowknife after a 6-year hiatus, he has settled in to call the NWT his home. 

2MOODS

2Moods is originally from Congo Kinshasa, now residing in Edmonton Canada, this artist has been active on the Canadian music scene since the summer of 2015. His love for music and his admiration for French vocabulary are the elements that motivated him to pursue a musical career. He will definitely have everyone on their feet and moving to the beats!
