NICOLAS DAOUST

Nicolas Daoust is a Regional Advisor at Transport Canada. Originally from Sudbury, Ontario, he grew up in the Franco-Ontarian community before studying accounting at the University of Ottawa. He worked as a Senate page and later as a parliamentary assistant, experiences that strengthened his commitment to public service.

After working in real estate in the Ottawa region, Nicolas continued his journey in politics and government, eventually leading him to his current role. He now resides in Gatineau, where he applies his experience and dedication to serving the region.

Curious and always eager to learn, Nicolas enjoys traveling to explore history and languages—a passion he shares with his wife, Jade, and their daughter.
