The Halifax Forum is almost here!

This year, the French for the Future Halifax Local Forum will take place on November 13 and 14, 2025, at Mount Saint Vincent University. November 13 will be dedicated to Grade 7 and 8 students, while November 14 will welcome Grade 9 to 12 students. We are expecting around 300 participants each day, coming from both English and French schools across the Halifax region.

During these fully French days, participants will have the chance to live an immersive experience that goes beyond the classroom. They will take part in interactive, dynamic, and diverse workshops, led by organizations, artists, and professionals from various backgrounds. These activities will not only help students gain confidence in their French, but also allow them to explore new cultural, educational, and career opportunities made possible through bilingualism.

The Forum is also a unique opportunity to meet other francophone and francophile students, build friendships, and develop a deeper sense of belonging to the francophone community.

Don’t miss this must-attend event that celebrates the richness and diversity of the French language!
